At FIELD Engineers, we’re a little different. Professional? Yes. Passionate? Definitely. Serious? Sometimes.
Do we fit into some kind of big-business mould? Not at all. What we are is real. You’ll find just about every personality type here and lots of it. And we’re small enough that every person counts and every voice is heard.
When you join us, you not only join a leader in engineering, project management and industrial design for mining and heavy industry. You’ll belong to a down-to-earth team that supports you to innovate, take control of your time and projects, and achieve results for your career.
Are you ready for the hands-on opportunities and real team culture of a small yet focused business? Find your fit at FIELD and engineer your career, your way.
It’s true – we’re not a big corporate consulting firm.
If you want to be valued for your contribution, collaborate with the best analytical and creative minds, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with leaders who vouch for you and support you to succeed, then you’ll find your fit at FIELD Engineers. Here’s what you can expect when you join our team:
Find a team of people who care about what really matters – each other and a job well done. Shoulder-to-shoulder and there when you need them, this team values you for you.
We don’t stand still and neither should you. Whatever your role at FIELD Engineers, you’ll find opportunities to grow that you just don’t get at a bigger company. What’s more, you’ll find the respect, support and trust to make it happen.
We’ve never taken the easy road or backed down from a challenge. That’s just how we’re built. It’s why our clients come to us – because they know we’ll get the job done right. For you, that means the simple pride that comes from a job well done.
We strive to make work work for everyone. We love what we do but never lose sight of why we do it. That’s why we see work-life balance as a conversation, not a competition.
“Every day is different. It can be challenging, but there’s always support. We have a lot of experienced leaders and people here who are approachable and willing to share their knowledge and expertise.”
Matt Pichlis, Senior Engineer
